    Cauliflower

    Moroccan cauliflower is renowned for its dense head, brilliant whiteness and fine texture. Widely used in home cooking, the restaurant trade and the food industry, its freshness, versatility and nutritional value make it an attractive choice. Thanks to its expertise, Morocco exports increasing volumes of cauliflower each season to Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

    Main growing regions

    Cauliflower grows in well-irrigated temperate zones with deep soil, guaranteeing a good yield:

    • Gharb - Kenitra: high yield, regular size.

    • Fès - Meknès: winter production at very good density.

    • Doukkala - El Jadida: natural conservation, beautiful white color.

    • Tadla - Beni Mellal: cauliflower with firm, compact head.

    • Azrou - El Hajeb: premium quality, altitude freshness.

    Harvest: from November to Marchdepending on variety and zone.

      Round, white, compact apple with light green foliage.

      Cut into pieces, washed and ready to use.

      Small, attractive format.

    Capacity & Commitment of Reservations:

    • Initial booking: 40 tons of cauliflower available.
    • Possibility of contracting up to 500 tons per campaign, depending on requirements.
    • Delivery calibrated and packaged, fresh or semi-processed.
