Main growing regions
Cauliflower grows in well-irrigated temperate zones with deep soil, guaranteeing a good yield:
Gharb - Kenitra: high yield, regular size.
Fès - Meknès: winter production at very good density.
Doukkala - El Jadida: natural conservation, beautiful white color.
Tadla - Beni Mellal: cauliflower with firm, compact head.
Azrou - El Hajeb: premium quality, altitude freshness.
Harvest: from November to Marchdepending on variety and zone.
